Shipping and Return Policy

All work ships from Wilmington, NC. Original art ships in 1-2 weeks if not sooner. Shipping is included in the price of domestic orders. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Prints are made to order. Please allow 1-3 weeks for shipping for prints. Tracking information will be sent to you once item has shipped. 

Additional international shipping is available upon request only. Shipping cost for international orders will be added to cost of painting or print.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

All sales are final unless the item is lost in the mail system or arrives damaged in transit. Should your painting arrive damaged, please keep all packaging material that it arrived in and contact me as soon as possible (within 3-5 days) to begin the process at kelseyhowardart@gmail.com. 

If your order gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for orders once proof of shipment is generated. If your order is marked as ‘delivered,’ you have verified the delivery address as correct, and you believe it to be stolen, you must contact the shipping service directly.
